Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

You can return any full-price item due to change of mind for an e-Gift Card only. All returns will automatically be issued an e-Gift Card that will allow you to make a purchase storewide. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

CONDITION OF RETURN

 

  • Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • All sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
RETURN PROCESS

 

  • Send an email to enquiries@bytheseaco.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for returning.
  • Each case will be handled according to our return policy.
  • All returns will be assessed, and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Unreturnable items and/or returned items that do not satisfy the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  • Please allow us 3 working days to respond to your return request.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM
  • Customers who received incorrect items or products with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of purchase along with photographic proof. Incorrect or faulty merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 21 days of receiving to be considered for a full refund. 
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear after 30 days is not considered to be a fault.
