Return Policy

RETURN POLICY
  • You can return any full price item within 30 days of receiving the order for an exchange or an e-Gift Card only.
  • All returns will automatically be issued an e-Gift Card that will allow you to make a purchase storewide.
  • We don't offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. 
CONDITION OF RETURN
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Return merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • All sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
RETURN PROCESS
  • Send an email to enquiries@bytheseaco.com within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know your reason of returning and your order number.
  • Each case will be handled differently according to our return policy. 
  • All returns will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Un-returnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Condition of Return will not be accepted and will be RTS to the customer.
  • Please allow us 3 working days to respond back to your return request.
    INCORRECT/FAULTY ITEMS
    • Customers who received incorrect items or products with a manufacturing fault, please contact us with in 7 days of receiving your order along with photographic proof. Incorrect or manufacturing fault merchandise must be unused in its original packaging and returned within 21 days of receiving the order to be considered for a full refund.
    • All approved returns of faulty items satisfying the conditions above, will be issued a return postage label. We do not reimburse return postage fees.
